Welcome to Orange Grove Center!

On November 10, 2018, our beloved Jenny Foster went to heaven. She worked for Orange Grove for 46 continuous years. She was our life blood and a courageous soul who fought tirelessly for people with developmental disabilities. She was the person that everyone listened to. She didn't just talk the talk, she always walked it everyday. She understood community services from the ground up. She helped our State move from an institutional model to a community model. She then moved Orange Grove from a facility service to a community based service. She lived the life of a DSP, Transporter, Special Education Teacher, Residential Director and a Compliance Director. She was an absolute jewel. She set in motion many excellent services for people with disabilities. She was our North Star. We miss her so very much.

The visitation and service will take place at White Oak Baptist church on Saturday, November 10th. Visitation will go from 11-2. The service will take place at 2 p.m. White Oak Baptist Church is located at 310 Memorial Dr, Chattanooga, TN
