Orange Grove Center is unique in the day-to-day operation, and being the none other, presents some special problems. However, the Human Resources Department plans the successful implementation of a responsible employee relations program consistent with our policies. Each department director is accountable for his/her budget.
The Human Resources Director is accountable for budget controls through good recruiting, training, benefits administration, and record keeping, as required by state and federal law, to include safety programs governed by OSHA, TOSHA, and establish the communications necessary to maintain good morale and productivity in a school setting.
